College athletic programs operate on tight schedules with no room for travel errors. An away game, a conference road trip, or a postseason tournament means moving a full varsity roster — plus coaches, trainers, equipment managers, and support staff — sometimes hundreds of miles, often overnight, and always with valuable equipment. A college athletic team charter bus (https://holidaycoach.com/services/sports-team-transportation) from Holiday Coach gives athletic departments the reliable, professional transportation their programs demand. Holiday Coach Company, based in Coopersville, Michigan, has transported college and university athletic teams across the Midwest for over two decades. Our fleet of late-model motorcoaches and mini-coaches serves Division I, II, and III programs — football, basketball, hockey, baseball, softball, soccer, volleyball, wrestling, and Olympic sports. ## Why College Athletic Programs Choose Charter Bus Travel **Roster cohesion and pre-game focus.** A team bus lets players rest, review game plans, and build focus on the ride. Coaches can hold team meetings en route. The roster arrives together and game-ready. **Equipment transport.** Our underfloor luggage bays hold equipment bags, helmet crates, training kits, and video gear — protected and organized, no separate equipment truck needed for most trips. **On-time arrival.** Game schedules are unforgiving. Our professional CDL drivers and 24/7 dispatch coordinate venue staging and traffic so your team arrives with time to warm up. **Multi-day road trips.** For conference road trips and postseason tournaments, our coaches handle overnight travel with onboard restrooms, WiFi, and reclining seats — maximizing player recovery. ## Programs and Events We Serve - **Football and basketball** away games and conference road trips - **Hockey, baseball, and softball** series travel - **Soccer, volleyball, wrestling, and Olympic sports** travel - **Postseason tournaments** and conference championships - **Recruiting visits and team retreats** ## Planning a College Athletic Team Charter 1. **Count travelers.** Roster plus coaches, trainers, and equipment staff — we size the vehicle or dispatch a convoy. 2. **Inventory equipment.** Gear volume determines luggage bay needs; heavy loads may warrant a support vehicle. 3. **Share the travel schedule.** Departure, game time, and return — we build the timing. 4. **Confirm venue staging.** We coordinate bus parking and team entrance access at the host facility. 5. **Book early.** Conference road trips and postseason dates fill vehicles well ahead.
